NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-020734 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and NICOLAS SOTO, JR.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERTO NAPOLES, and TENANT #2 N/K/A STEVE STEVO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 22, LESS THE WESTERLY 68 FEET AND ALL OF LOT 23, BLOCK 6, CARROLLWOOD SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXCLUDED WESTERLY 68.00 FEET OF LOT 22 MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; THAT PART OF LOT 22 LYING WESTERLY OF A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 68.00 FEET EASTERLY OF THE DIVIDING LINE OF LOTS 21 AND 22.
