TRAINA A/K/A LORI BLACK TRAINA A/K/A LAURIE TRAINA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORI B. TRAINA A/K/A LORI BLACK TRAINA A/K/A LAURIE TRAINA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
