NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-027435 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CWABS, INC.,ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and LORI B. TRAINA A/K/A LORI BLACK TRAINA A/K/A LAURIE TRAINA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORI B. TRAINA A/K/A LORI BLACK TRAINA A/K/A LAURIE TRAINA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 62 1/2 FEET 0F THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 11, BUFFALO AVENUE FARMS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN 20 FEET EAST FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 225 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 100 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 225 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
