and commonly known as 1487 Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard, Clearwater, Florida 33755; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located herein, at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, via public auction conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. EST, on April 24, 2013.
