NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-004888 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and FABRICE MAGRO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FABRICE MAGRO N/K/A MADLINE MARGO; TENANT #1 N/K/A DERRICK JOHNSON are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
