NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-003687 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LXS 2006-17 is the Plaintiff and GEORGE JELACO; NOEMI JELACO; TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNIFER OSZANIC, and TENANT #2 N/K/A WILLIAM KALOSSO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
