NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 312, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of THE REGENCY, A CONDOMINIUM, recorded in O.R. Book 4978, Pages 1022, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 91 and 92, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1860 Massachusetts Avenue NE, #312, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33703.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 28, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
