NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-018871 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Neheslie Rivera-Lebron, Heather Lakes at Brandon Community Association, Inc., The Homeowners Association of the Palms, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
