LA COSTA BRAVA Condo No. 1 Apt Parcel No. 100 in the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 62 in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 552 Plaza Seville Ct. #100, Treasure Island, Florida 33706.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 1, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
