NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013, entered in Case No. 09-008102-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Citi Mortgage Inc. is the Plaintiff and Dolores C. Blanco; Unknown Tenant #1;Unknown Tenant #2; If living, and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLACKSHIRE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
