YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment No. 46, Building B-26, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWENTY, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 3731, Page 681 - 705, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, page 8, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2458 Columbia Drive, #46, Clearwater, Florida 33763.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Uzdavines & Wagoner, Attorneys At Law, P.A., 7243 Bryan Dairy Rd, Largo FL 33777, Rachel@uwattorneys, com; attorney for Plaintiff and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court on or before March 11, 2013; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the THIRD AMENDED complaint or petition. This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
