UNIT 102, BUILDING F, CRYSTAL BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8683, PAGE(S) 642; RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8693, PAGE 32, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8683, PAGE 786, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8786, PAGE 1848, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8872, PAGE 1619, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 115, PAGES 1-40, INCLUSIVE AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 116, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 120, Tampa, FL 33634 within thirty (30) days of the first publication and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
