NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-002017-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC is the Plaintiff and HOLLY K. GALL, AS TRUSTEE AND NOT PERSONALLY, UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 5TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2006, KNOWN AS THE COLEY FAMILY LAND TRUST NUMBER 4835-6; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE COLEY FAMILY LAND TRUST NUMBER 4835-6, DATED THE 5TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2006; PEGGY MCMAHON A/K/A PEGGY COLEY A/K/A PEGGY S. COLEY; TENANT #1 N/K/A SANDY CHRISTIANO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A HEATHER CHRISTIANO are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
