NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-004569 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and MARY JANE LEVELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 3805-D, Building 3, Cortez of Carrollwood, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3543, Page 86 and any amendments made thereto and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 39, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.
