NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-010318 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and JAMES JUMPER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 69, OF SUN CITY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A 2006 GENERAL-CYPRESS POINT, 28x64 HAVING VIN #s: GMHGA40533244A/B, WHICH IS AFFIXED AND ATTACHED TO THE LAND IS PART OF THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH BY INTENTION OF THE PARTIES AND UPON RETIREMENT OF THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE AS PROVIDED IN 319-261 PLA STAT., SHALL CONSTITUTE A PART OF THE REALTY AND PASS WITH IT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
