NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-002831 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, Plaintiff, and, GONZALO BUSTAMENTE A/K/A GONZALO BUSTAMENTE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 am, on the 11th day of March, 2013, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 14905-305, BUILDING 6, OF ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16781 PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
