NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-1835-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Willow Lake Townhomes Owners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Bryan L. Albers, Escarlett Gina Peredes Quesada and Household Finance Corporation, III, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 1, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following
property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 54, of Willow Lake Townhomes Building No. 7, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 98, Page 72, 73 and 74, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
