NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 2, 2013, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-009258-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein William A. Dexter Corporation is Plaintiff, and Emile M. Jobin and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 1, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 109, of an Unrecorded plat of Union Park Villas, otherwise described as follows: From the Southwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, run thence 0'08' 48'' East along the North and South centerline of said Section 35, 662.02 feet; thence South 89' 15' 23'' East 143.57 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence North 0' 07' 45'' East 59.00 feet: thence South 89' 15' 23'' East 46.00 feet, thence South 0'07'45'' West 59.00 feet; thence North 89'15' 23'' West 46.00 feet to the Point of Beginning..
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
