NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 22, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.2008 004821 CI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at VIA ONLINE AT www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, SILVER LAKE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 PAGE 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
