TO: ALL INTERESTED PERSONS
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Discharge of Guardian Upon Change of Domicile of Ward, has now been filed in this Court.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED THAT the Guardian will apply for discharge on the 20th day of March, 2013, or as soon thereafter as such can be heard, and that following the discharge, the jurisdiction of the ward will be transferred to South Carolina . You are required to file any objections to the Petition for Discharge of Guardian Upon Change of Domicile of the Ward, within the latter of 30 days after service of this Notice and said Petition upon you, or the date of first publication of this Notice. Any objections shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which it is based. Within 90 days after filing of the objection, a Notice of Hearing shall be served or the objection is abandoned.
The date of the first publicaiton of this Notice is FEBRUARY 8, 2013.
