NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-25983 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-7, is the Plaintiff and Dario Miguel Rodriguez a/k/a D. Miguel Rodriguez, Jane Doe n/k/a Erica Hartmann, John Doe n/k/a William Growne, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
