NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010744 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON (FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK) AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, Plaintiff, and, KRISTOPHER A CERTO, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 am, on the 8th day of March, the following described property:
LOT 15, BLOCK 10,WOODVALLEY UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
