NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-025928 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005RS9 was the Plaintiff and ROBERTA CLARK ET.AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 12th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5207 OF LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 15389, PAGES 553 THROUGH 678, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
