NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2013, entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010280, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-13, is Plaintiff and CELY BOU; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CELY BOU; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., March 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
