Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28th, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 522011CA005022XXCICI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2004-4 is the Plaintiff, and DENNIS CUMMINGS, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 4, Block I, FAIRLAWN PARK UNITS 4 & 5, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 5, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of March, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
