NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013, entered in Case No. 12 002716 CI SEC 15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Robert W. Roth; E. Nancy Custer; Gerald R. Custer; Sandal Cove Association, Incorporated; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 205, BUILDING 1003, SANDAL COVE CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4151, PAGE 746, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
