NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-025576, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and WAYNE M. CARTER A/K/A WAYNE CARTER A/K/A WAYNE MARK CARTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WAYNE M. CARTER A/K/A WAYNE CARTER A/K/A WAYNE MARK CARTER; REBECCA CARTER; BAY CREST PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION INC; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; JOHN DOE N/K/A JEFF WIBLE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, LESS THE NORTHERLY 3 FEET THEREOF IN BLOCK 7, BAYCREST PARK UNIT NO. 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
