Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28th, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 11-011266-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and REDZEP RAHIMIC, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT L-11, OF TOWN APARTMENTS NO. 8, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 55, THROUGH 57, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2450, PAGE 18 THROUGH 91, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of March, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
