NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-011084 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee of WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-PR4, is the Plaintiff and Tony D. Thuong, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as acquirer of certain assets and liabilities of Washington Mutual Bank from the Federal Deposit Insurance Company acting as receiver, The Avalon at Clearwater Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 513, THE AVALON AT CLEARWATER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14267, PAGE 2605, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
