NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-010530 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., also known as Wachovia Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., formerly known as Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Rachel Dudas, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
