NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-005102 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Jose Cortez a/k/a Jose B. Cortez, Dinora Cortez, Tenant #1 n/k/a Sandey Cortez, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 45 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 17, HIGHLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
