NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-022381 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass Through Certificate for WMALT Series 2006-AR5, is the Plaintiff and Derek Tokarzewski, Seminole Palms of Largo Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Joel Alexander, Tenant #2 n/k/a Cheri Kraus, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 14, OF SEMINOLE PALMS AT LARGO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, AT PAGES 84 THROUGH 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
