NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002632 DIV. N, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-10, is Plaintiff and STEVEN A. BLOCKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN A. BLOCKER; BARBARA MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA MARTINEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
