NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 09, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-10791-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ANTANAS VYTUVIS III, AUDRONE VYTUVIS, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSESSION #1 AKA JEANNIE LIKINS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 26 day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 40 FEET OF THE NORTH 90 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 7, RUSSELL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
