January 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 09013286CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA, is Plaintiff, and DIXIE ANN GALLOWAY A/K/A DIXIE A. GALLOWAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIXIE ANN GALLOWAY A/K/A DIXIE A. GALLOWAY, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITY OF SAFETY HARBOR, FLORIDA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 27th day of February, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 118 AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 119, IN BLOCK 6, OF MIRA MAR TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 197 IRWIN ST, SAFETY HARBOR, FL 34695.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
