NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-008060-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and MARIO PLAZZA A/K/A MARIO L. PLAZZA; ANNA MARIA PLAZZA A/K/A ANNA MARIE PLAZZA; THE HAPPY FIDDLER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
APARTMENT 220 OF THE HAPPY FIDDLER, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4041, PAGE 622, AND AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT HOWEVER, TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE HAPPY FIDDLER
