SANDS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK NA; BRIDGEWATER PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVE SANDS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A BEVERLY SANDS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
