NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009354 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, MARSHA C. COKE AKA MARSHA COKE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of March, 2013,, the following described property:
LOT 26, BLOCK 16, TAMARAC BY THE GULF SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 74 AND 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
