NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2010, and entered in Case No. 10-002432-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2006, FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-E, is Plaintiff and IIHAN BILGUTAY, et.al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74, TRAILS WEST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 82-83, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 2515 Marquis Drive, Dunedin, FL 34698
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
