Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 12-9590-CO-042, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF BUILDING NO. D, APARTMENT NO. 307, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HEATHER LAKE APARTMENTS NO. II, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4070, PAGE 603 THROUGH 632, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 26, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on March 8, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
