Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 12-7239-CO, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT NO. 119, BLUE JAY ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 78-82, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4493, PAGE 508-582, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MOBILE HOME WITH ID 3315443A&315443B.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on March 8, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
