NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on December 19, 2012 by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 52, and an undivided 2.0573% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of IMPERIAL POINT CONDOMINIUM V, as recorded in O.R. book 4023, pages 522 through 594 and as amended in O.R. Book 4461, page 886 and O.R. Book 4631, page 710 and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, pages 91 through 98 all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 8, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
