UNIT 805, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PIERCE 100, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 98 THROUGH 109, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 10, 1974, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4213, PAGE 891, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 74-121835, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
commonly known as 100 PIERCE ST APT 805, CLEARWATER, FL 33756 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Edward B. Pritchard of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before March 11, 2013, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
