The administration of the trust known as ANNE A. SLOMKA DECLARATION OF TRUST dated January 22, 1988 as amended thereafter is pending. Anne A. Slomka, a resident of Pinellas County, Florida, who died on December 20, 2012, was the grantor of a trust entitled: ANNE A. SLOMKA DECLARATION OF TRUST dated January 22, 1988 as amended thereafter, which is a trust described in Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Probate Code, and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent's estate and enforceable claims of the decedent's creditors to the extent the decedent's estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Section 733.607(2) of the Florida Probate Code. Notice of Trust was filed in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court St., Clearwater, FL 33756.
The name and address of the Trustee and the Attorney for the Trust are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's trust or estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, on whom a copy of this notice is served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
