Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28th, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 11-007824-CI , in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R8, UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff, and JESSICA A SAGER, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 9 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 10, BOCA CEIGA PARK BLOCK AA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of March, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
