NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of July, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-000841-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit .in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CLEARVIEW OAKS MANAGEMENT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSE, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JANIS H. NORLING F/K/A JANIS H. VANDERBILT, DECEASED, N/K/A PETER NORLING; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT PINELLAS COUNTY; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of MARCH, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
An undivided 1/8th interest in and to Lot 8, LESS the South 2.59 feet thereof, CLEARVIEW OAKS, according to plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 56 page 67, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS and EXCEPT the building and improvements located thereon;
TOGETHER with that certain apartment known as APARTMENT NUMBER 278 and 278-S, and designated on the entrance door of said Apartment 278-S and as said Apartment designated 278 as shown by plan attached to instrument recorded in O.R. Book 2457 pages 151, 152 and 153, Clerk's Instrument No. 66-75356, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, marked “Apartment Building Z-5:; said Apartment No. 278, also known as 278-S, consisting of approximately 1100 square feet; TOGETHER with an undivided 1/8th interest in and to the walls and other structural supports necessary for the building.
