NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009710 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Prabhu K. Dontamsetti a/k/a Prabhu Dontamsetti and Kamala Dontamsetti, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, WHISPER COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 125, PAGES 49 AND 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
