CRUGER; LORI L. CRUGER; ROBERT E. MOZER, JR., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 73 12/22/2006 LAND TRUST DATED 12/22/06; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 73 12/22/2006 LAND TRUST DATED 12/22/06; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; THE PINES OF WEKIVA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 CATRINA CRUGER, and TENANT #2 SHANE COLLINS are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
