ROBLES; SONIA ROBLES; VALENCIA POINTE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 39, VALENCIA POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
