NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 31, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-014476 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC11, is the Plaintiff and CARMEN CECILIA RICHARD; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARMEN CECILIA RICHARD; STATE OF FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/07/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
