NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 31, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-001887-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES 2007-M09 TRUST, MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and CAROLYN A. YEITRAKIS A/K/A CAROL A. YEITRAKIS; RICHARD E. KORTIE II; WILLOW CREEK PHASE IIIB OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/07/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 94, WILLOW CREEK, PHASE IIIB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 105 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
